Hello folks,

Long time no see eh?

So I'll have some spare time during Winter break. So thought I'd revitalize the design from my previous DIY water block: http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=615621
For those that are interested, yes, that block is still running on a E2180 @ 3.2Ghz.

Anyways, here are the proposed changes:
1. Made out of Copper C110
2. Make it compatible with an LGA1366 i7 920 (maybe).
3. Get a better test pump (D5 or may be another ViaAqua to keep things cheap).
4. Still going to run CFD sims before building it.
5. Compleately re-designed inlet/outlet flow modification. This was the Achilles heel on the last design.

So here's what I need help with:

1. Need to get it CNC milled. I don't have the CNC ability now. Any people here able to CNC me some thing or a link to a low cost CNC milling business around the Reston,Virginia area? (And yes, I have already looked at local CNC milling solutions, including schools. Non of them can do C110, only able to do 1/8-1/16" Aluminum stuff)

2. Any links to low cost Rapid Prototyping business? Any one here got a rapid prototyping machine that could do some work?

3. Any recommendations/ideas?
