Whats your sensor types for the case and cpu temp. probe? Their site says that VIA686B-2 is the case and VIA686B-3 is the CPU. However my temps read that sensor VIA686B-2 is hotter than the other, this cant be right. What are your CPU and Case sensors set at?

The website is indeed incorrect. When I first saw that, I was like "WOW! this vantec is better than a Swiftech!" The highest is definitely the CPU unless you are using some exotic cooling system.
