Yes - the bios dated 0307 has more aggressive timings. It actually is a little faster than the TurkOC (670/745 vs 660/738 @158 ). The TurkOC bios allows to disable ACPI though, which is a nice feature that the IWill does not support yet.
yeah some call it the turbo bios. I prefer the 0307 over the turk but both work well so use whatever floats your boat. The Iwill supports up to a 15x multiplier too, not sure if the turk's does. Both are very good.
I can't get stable with the turk bios. 0307 lets me run 155x10 with cas3 highest settings with crucial pc133 cas 2 ram . turk won't even run at 150x10. I start getting boot errors, bsod, etc. Running win2k.
Remember every board is a lil different.

Interesting, before using the 0307, I used the Turkbios and I got about the same FSB speeds (158-161 stable at CAS2 fastest possible settings). I am wondering whether something else may cause your problem. Possibly bump up the 3.3 Vio by 5%.
From what I've read it's either hit or miss. Some people say the IDE problem is fixed but some have taken a turn for the worse. I'll hold off on 0416 for a while myself.
