Can't make up my mind. Arrgh. Does anyone have hand's on with both of these mainboards? I will appreciate words of wisdom. Thank you!

I am kind of an Asus fan myself. One thing that sets the Asus apart is the dip switch or bios controlled multiplier, FSB and voltage. Both boards are very stable and overclocking friendly. Just go with the Asus, you won't be disappointed.

Go for the Iwill.
I had a A7V133Raid for a while, and could only get to 148 FSB stable, I added a HSF to the northbridge and increased VIO to 3.6v and got to 152 max. but 150fsb stable (running my Tbird 1gig @ 1.4ish).
I just sold that board and got a KK266R and instantly run at 150 without a HSF on the Northbridge! and it goes to 160fsb stable. With a HSF it should do 165+ no worries.
Also the A7V would only boot my 1gig up to 1450 or so stable, any higher and it just wouldn't post no matter how many volts you gave it. The KK266R will do 1500 at default voltage. Gotta be worth it for that alone.

I've had bad experiences with the A7V/A7V133 series of Asus motherboards... I used to be a fan of Asus products, but after my previous experiences you might want to look elsewhere. I'd suggest going with a DDR board instead, like the EPoX 8K7A. DDR memory now costs the same amount as quality SDR and the 8K7A costs the same amount as most KT133/A boards.

I have had great sucsess with the A7V133. I guess it is luck of the draw, I was able to get my fsb up to 164 with Tonicom pc166 running at 222 timing no additional northbridge cooling. I have noticed that Asus boards seem to be picky about ram, maybe that was why Redraven was able to get a higher fsb on his Iwill.
