I have a Jaton geforce 3 ti 200. at default it runs 175 core and 400 memory. I got the core at 210 but the memory I can't get above 420 without artifacts. The memory says hynix and 5.5 at the end. I put ramsinks on the memory but it doesnt help. The Jatons are a decent card but they don't overclock well. Any Agp motherboard should support all Agp cards. It just depends on what speed the motherboard is designed for and you have to set it appropriately.

I was worried about older boards and the power drain of newer graphics boards and their voltage requirements .
