2 X 80G SATA RAIDO (ich5)

I can't set GAT to TURBO, if i oc my cpu. and i am not able to oc my cpu to 240. it can boot and go into the windows. but it will cash when i play 3D game.
is it my cpu not that good?
or the mem?

A different order would buy him maybe 1C improvement, just put stuff in how it best fits.

I just changed the N/B Strap PSB 667 to psb 800(before was 667, not 800). now my cpu can OC to 250.(3.5ghz). and is able to use turbo(t-n-a-d-d). so what is n/b strap means? what is it for? is it something about north bridge?
