yea, read that please. many of you people are giving advice based on software analysis of your PSU. don't trust your software. ITS WRONG. very WRONG. just to show you how wrong. i took some pictures.

you can see how off they are. pretty amazing. now on mine, its not too far. but on others it can be even further off. (btw, the multimeter is old. so it might not be too exact. but think of this. if the multimeter is off by a bit, imagine how much further off the software would be with a better multimeter)

Should not matter in practice, I mean it isn't a fatal flaw. One looks for the absolute value of the quantity being measured.
