I just bought this from aquastealth.com do I need copper cold plate for the peltier i bought i forgot it I didn't even know i needed it lol i heard from a friend i need it if i do plz reply as i will order it . Aquastealth II with AquaCoil Upgrade --

Yes, you should have a coldplate between the pelt and the chip. It absorbs the heat better than just having the pelt directly on the CPU.
 
the surface of the pelt is ceramic, so it does not spread heat at all well. the copper coldplate spreads the heat from the small core to a larger area, to be removed by the larger surface area pelt more effectively.
