Gotta unlock this thing FOR SURE!!!..

The Multiplyers BELOW 13 are out of reach....

Even If I connected all the L1's I still would be limited to 13X and HIGHER!!!

In order to get the FSB up to 180-200 I'll have to unlock.

I'm expecting to send it out SOON!!

Nope....

On a 2100+ (And a 2200+)

The bridges are cut differantly.

On a 1600+ thru the 2000+,...joining the L1 Bridges unlocks all the 13X and LOWER multiplyers....

But 13X is as HIGH as those chips can go...

On the 2100 and 2200+ if you join the L1 bridges..you will unlock 13 and HIGHER multiplyers,

There are other bridges that need to be CUT in order to unlock the 13X and LOWER settings..

SO...at a 13 X multiplyer...you will only be able to Overclock using the FSB....
1911 Mhz divided by 13 ...is only 147 FSB...

My Memory will run up to 200 MHZ (+-)...(Corsair Pc3000)

I'll NEVER be able to hit my Max performance unless I can set my multiplyer to @10...
That is currently IMPOSSIBLE....so I'm sending my chip out to be UNLOCKED by a company that does this sort of thing every day...

It's not the Joining of the bridges that I don't want to attempt...I've done that before!

It's the CUTTING of bridges that I won't attempt...

If you go too deep you SCRAP your processor!

Hey on yours did you change the voltage? i got my athlon xp 2100+ at 13x140 = 1820 mhz stable anything above will crash in benchmarks, therefore isnt stable), however 140x13 is rock solid (looped 3dmark2001se 10 times no probs). That is at stock voltage, my goal is 154 fsb x 13 = 2002mhz, did you increase your volts or how should i incresase mine, you think 1.775 will do it or i need to go to 1.800 ?

Good goal....But it's gonna take SERIOUS COOLING to get there...

I'm running 147 * 13 at 1.85 V....No problem...

Your going to have to watch the temps CLOSELY.

What kind of cooling do you have....

I'm using a Swiftech MC-462A with a Delta EHE 80 CFM fan
Arctic silverIII

I also have a Y's tech 120mm fan mounted on the side of the case blowing ambient air at 120 CFM directly at the CPU /Mem / Video.

My Memory is the Corsair Pc3000 (2* 265 Meg sticks)

Also...how did you det the corporate XP licence..???

I am looking to buy one myself...
I've got 3 more SETI crunchers that I'd like to upgrade...but don't want to buy seperate licences....

I also change hardware often..and re-format about once a month to keep my benchmarks UP!

( P.S. If your running a Retail XP2100...I know the fan / heatsink that came with it isn't up to serious overclocking.)
