I went to that site and it says they unlock up to Xp2000+, I didn't see that service for Xp 2100+

You will have to ask them specifically for the mod...
It was explained to me that they got Burned by someone who mis-understood the Mod...
He got hit chip back and found that he couldn't get the 13x and higher multiplyers anymore.
The mod Gives you the 12.5x and LOWER by switching the processor bridges from 13X and HIGHER TO 12.5X and LOWER!
It does NOT give access to ALL the multipliers.
