I'm running a P3 [email protected] Mhz (124 FSB).

I'm crunching: 7.19 hour/WU (13.87%/hour)
151.72 MegaFlops/sec.
8.25 CPU cycles/Flop

Is it just me or does that seem off? I was on a P3 [email protected] same FSB and everything that did 5.xx CPU Cycles/Flop. Why is it going so slow? I'm not doing anything different, heck I even did a fresh install of XP using Fat32 this time to try and speed it up... made a small improvment. Any clues?

PS... I'm the #1 rank jumper :D

right behind you...
It might be a little off. Is that your main system? That could explain it. My 1100E did an average AR in about 6.0 average at near that FSB and it was only crunching. Jon's two 1000EB's have been crunching all weekend at 150 FSB and they're just below 6.0 average.

EDIT: Just noticed that your RAM is at CAS2 so I would tend to expect a little better time. Wish I could offer more. :(

Higher FSB = More Memory bandwidth, and we all know Seti like the memory :) I have the EB with 133 currently running at 141. I can have it as high as 150fsb CAS 2 stable, which gives me 5 hour some minutes work units. It is all memory bandwidth that is the issue here.

Grrrr, I have some PIII 933s that are running 150Mhz FSB for
1050, and I'm lucky to break 9 hour WUs.

I'll have to see if I can fix that some.

maybe your WU just had very very low angle ranges, and you'll see better results soon.. Goodluck!
