K7S5A no boot, no beep help

Hi all,
Helping a friend with a system. has a K7S5A and nothing happens. I switched the PS and removed all the boards. Used known good sram and DDR. I use Micro2000 for my work and on the post test board the MB does not even start to post. Just sits at AA.

I'm assuming that its a DOA. Just wanted to see if anybody had any ideas
