What's the idea with the L2 Cache and BIOS 1008? I downloaded and flashed this, and see the setting for dividing L2. Skimming the forum last night, I see it seems to be a prerequisite to getting the majic Gig. I have an 800 and was able to step up the fsb and get stable boots up to 117. With no cooling other than an average dual hs/f, and the temp probe coming in the mail, I didn't leave it there long. Anyway, preliminary indications are that this may be at least a decent chip.
