According to a story at L'Inq (here, along with other stories) the newest Athlon XP-Ms are basically A64s with half the cache and iAMD64 disabled. 256KL2, 128K L1, at 1.60GHz (2800). They're currently in one of HP/Q's business notebooks.
So conjecturally, I'd say the new mobiles are for Socket 754. No benchmarks that I could find but having the Athlon64 technologies on a 32-bit processor somehow sounds cool.
Sorry if it's old news, but these look like nifty gadgets and I'd buy one if I could find one.
