:welcome: to the Forum, Hammer3246.
Make sure you have set you HTT Mem Frequency to 3x.

Thanks for the reply. I've done that aswell, still no luck. I tried adjusting it with ClockGen. Also upping the voltage had no effect either. I have the lastest BIOS too.
Cheers

Thanks for the input rseven, I really liked the link. Are the Neo4 and Neo2 pretty much the same OC wise? I must have a bad board, or i'm inept. It doesn't seem to matter what I do....This B1tch won't OC for me.

Cheers

The NF4 chipset is really better than the NF3. It's less finicky, and more stable. However, MSI's boards are very inconsistent. You just may have one of their many dogs. (I take that back as it's not fair to the rest of the dogs!:))

Rich runs on an MSI and then complains about them, I like mine. check to make sure you are giving your ram enough voltage, make sure enough nf4 voltage. i took my multi down to 4 and ended up maxing out my fsb at 345. but that was with a bad batch of ram, could be anything, I bought a neo4 platinum sli, ended up with a k8n diamond, after a month. (stupid fake sticker!) sorry 7 too many beers! you might want to get better cooling. But what do i know (damn drunk nerds!)

Toobad I can't here you slurring your syllables!:) You know this board better than me. It is true that you and I both have one of the better MSI's, but there are a lot of dogs out there and I here folks barking about them regularly. My board put me through hell before I got it working right, and I remember the feelings exasperation all too well.
