Hmm, My northbridge temperature on my computer has an average temp of 65C-67C however it sometimes spikes to temps as high as 87-91C normally just once every 2 mins or so, but it's irregular.
I was using Sandra and going by the "Power/aux" temperature...now I know this doesn't say northbridge but when I checked the northbridge fan speed in bios it was just the same speed as the fan speed given for "Power/aus in sandra.
Should my northbridge be that hot and how can I make it cooler? It already has a fan.
My computer isn't overclocked:
Semperon 64 3000+ 1.8ghz s754
MSI K8N Neo3
1gb Geil DDR 400
nVidia 6200TC 128bit
