There are like 8 options and as a beginner, im not sure what im supposed to change! I have mushkin 222 special and wanna run those speeds and dont know which ones to do... please help!

I don't have that board but I think it is similar to my a8v. (I am not certain so don't take what I have to say as the absolute truth.)

The only values you should really concern yourself with are CAS, (aka CL) tRCD, tRP, tRAS. Since you have mushkin 2,2,2 your timings are CAS=2, tRP=2, tRCD=2, in that order. (Keep in mind that the names might be all caps in bios so don't worry about capitalization)

To find tRAS I believe the best formula is CAS + tRCD + 2, so for you that would be tRAS = 6

The command rate by default on your board is t1 rather than t2 like it is on 939 socketed boards, (again, not certain so check for yourself) which will affect your overclock. 2t allows higher overclocks but will affect synthetic benchmarks, though you shouldn't notice it in actual games and such. I think it was Anandtech that said tRas should be at 9 or 10 for best performance with the AMD 64.
