kd7 and no agp8x with 9700pro help!!!

aup guys, just got meself a kd7 raid mobo and hercules 9700pro grahics card. thing is in the smartguard page od diplay props, i can only select 1x or 2x agp i upgraded from an epox 8k3a+ mobo to get the 8x agp. by the way does anyone know why ddr333 works better than ddr400?

AGP 3.0 should be displayed if you do a quick check with Sisoft sandra 2003.

AGP 1 means AGP 4x.
AGP 2 means AGP 8x.
thats all the board supports.
try to put an old card in there and see what I mean.

Enable DBI trans in Bios, for AGP 8x.

confusing huh...
sure hope they fix the little stupiditys like this in the next board coming from MB makers.
