Sunny Florida, you can keep the midwest!!
After 2 mobo's and a CPU , I have finally got the system up and running.
I would like to thank Taiyoryu for his posts on the KT7 mod that works w/ the KK266;
I had tried everything, even borrowed another PSU, but I couldn't post. After reading his post on the lack of proper voltage w/ GeForce2/3 cards and KK266, I tried the mod. It worked like a charm. It is a little scary soldering your mobo, but it was well worth the risk.
Once again, thanks for the info, Taiyoryu. That is what makes this forum the best.

I am going to take it easy for a few days and let the CPU and MOBO get aquainted. The CPU and MOBO are brand new RMA'ed parts. I am very pleased w/ Iwill and Econopc, they both were very patient w/ me. I sent both parts back twice and they replaced them w/ no questions. Turns out it was a voltage issue. Thank God for you folks here.
