Who knows where the supposed conflict is described?

It is supposed to involve data corruption when you have a 100 UDMA drive connected to the southbridge with Sound Blaster Live sound card installed.

I have been experiencing BSD's that say "Reinsert the volume that was removed" followed by numerous other errors. If I shut down and reboot several times it will go away eventually.

The problem isn't with the KT133A chipset per se.... the problem is actually with the VIA 686B southbridge, which came out simultaneously with the KT133A. I have seen KT133 motherboards that have the 686B, and have also heard about motherboards that use the 686B and a totally different northbridge. If you want to know more about the 686B bug, all the info on it and how to fix it is @ VIAHW. Good luck fixing it, hopefully a new 4 in 1 or BIOS will do the trick for you.
