Well after 3 weeks of trying to get some support on this I finally found a bug with the KT7 RAID. Do not as recommended to me run the raid drives across controllers for performance reasons. It may appear to work but you will get common random lockups on booting any fat32 parts over 2 gig. Keep the raid drivers to the same controllers
