KT7A northbridge fan/heatsink thermal grease

Does anyone know if abit used thermal grease in betweeen the northbridge and the heatsink of the KT7A. Planning on adding arctic silveer.
 
There was a wet substance that was in the process of drying out under mine. Just clean it up and put some Artic Silver there. It’s can’t hurt.
