Thinking of getting this board. It will be used mainly for encoding video. I have a 750 T-bird that would run at 910 on my Iwill board, so if I can get 900 I would be happy. Like I said I'll just be using it to crunch dvd rips to mpeg. Anyone have this board? Just curious if there are any problems with this board.

Thanks

I ordered this board from newegg with some other stuff on Sat. I havent gotten it yet. I heard a lot of praises of this board cause it can do 133+FSB and didnt have as many bugs as the KT7A boards. Also its *blue*

Good board, great bang-for-the-buck factor.

If you're using FlaskMPEG there's an AMD specific binary (executable) out there somewhere, supposedly it runs 5-10% faster than the generic Intel X86 version. (probably integration of some 3DNow commands).

It's a pretty and powerful motherboard. I'm actually going to be running a 1.33ghz T-Bird on it soon, and the board's rated specs are 100fsb. HA! What a joke. Mine has been up to 150 (stable, but not perfect) which some people can't even do on their KT7A motherboards. Right now I'm at 145.

"sup" keep us posted on the Birdy & "E" setup.

I would like to know how they run together.

As you can see in my sig I have both the 1.33 and "E" just not together.
