I've heard of people trying it, but no results yet. The problem is that it uses proprietary video inputs, and you'll need to get the input configuration and find out how to modify the video card as well. The input to the LCD is normally a ribbon cable which slips into a socket on the planar. What you'd probably need to connect it is a dead planar that you can remove the socket from. It'd not going to be an easy task.

It is possible but you will have to use a lcd video card or one that allows you to connect it to a lcd monitor. You will have to get the pin out like Xaotic said but from what i have heard from a guy here is that you only have to put the wires in the corresponding holes, and dont plan on the manufacturing company to give it to you. There is a member here that has done this and said he didnt have to modify his vid card, he has an article here where he has a picture showing a laptop lcd on the wall as his monitor.

hope this helps

P.S if you get this working please post the steps you took in installing it since I am also planning on setting one up.
