limiting bw on 2k adv svr....

I've got a box running win2k adv svr that i use as the gateway for the other computers on the network..is there any way i can limit the bw on certain ip's like i could if i were using iptables?

get sygate www.sygate.com
it is a proxy program that can do that, but I havn't done something like that yet.

I think wingate www.wingate.com can also do that, but I havn't played with the newest version.
