is linux like windows with better stability?
will windows games work on linux?
are there some free ones that i can download to try it out?anyone fold with linux, how is it compared to windows?

There is another thread called 'linux' in this forum - it covers most of what you asked. As for folding, you can fold under linux. I am not sure if it is faster or slower.
