lite-on fs020 power switch to kt7a raid???

i am installing my new abit kt7a raid into a lite on fs020. i am hooking up the led's - power- reset-speaker etc. and am confused. there are 2 sets of 2 wires (brown & black and white & blue) both coming from the case power switch, both labeled power sw. on the mobo there is only a place for one of these sets of wires. thanks

One of them will be the switch and the other will be the led.
