ok here what i ran into. i have a X6800 CPU and here the ram i use.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145590

i been working on my OC over SO long now and can't seem to get past 3.6 i have done 3.6 stable for about 23 hours and it was still going fine now i ran it again at 3.7 and the most i can go is 5 hours and it stops. Now i have try 3.7 at 1.325 vore and 1.40 than 1.45 and than 1.47 still no luck. Now i set my Vdimm my FSB and MCH to .01 work for about 2 mins and stopped went to .02 with all and got it to run for the 5 hours and stopped now i don't know to much at all about timings and stuff. (And yes i have try a Mult. of 11 and 10 and 9 can't get past 3.6 i'm using water cooling so heat not a issue. But is there a way to change my timing to make it easier to get it higher i manual set the timing to stock which is 5-5-5-12 (i think) But there is where i need the help. Is there a way with the ram i use to change the timing so i can get a better OC. i know much about the timing at all. But i have figure that it must be my RAM that's stopping me here figure that i went back to a 1.325 vcore and left everything at .02 and still runnning 3.6 fine for about 12 hours. If anyone could give me some advice that would e GREAT. Thanks again

If you are using the 1:1 memory ratio and 11X multiplier, then there will be no reason the RAM should be holding you back.

Have you updated the BIOS? If not, try doing that first.

You only raised MCH and vdimm 0.02v or did you mean 0.2v?

yes i have the lastest BIO F7.. I'm mean at 0.2v on the Vdim MCH and FSB. I pretty much don't know anything about RAM timing ect i try everythig under the sun i just figure thats if i can do 3.6 with a stock vcore(1.325) and try everything like moving my vcore to 1.40 1.41 1.43 and even 1.47 and can't seem to get the 3.7 mark. the most i can get it to go is 5 hours than stops. Kinda lost at this point at what to do?
