After arguing over upgrades for a while I finally figured out Im going to Upgrade my ram. I only have 256 Mb of PC4200 AMP-X right now and I know thats not near enough, my board can hold up to 4gb. I overclock alot, but I dont really mess with my ram. Im looking at getting the Best RAM Upgrade I can get for ~200 Bucks. Suggestions are greatly appreciated!

This OCZ ram would do just fine, I would invest the rest of the money in a new video card. No offence but by looking at the video card you don't seem to be a gamer so what do you get from OCing? Zip files open faster?

Heh everyone says that :( When I bought this rig a few weeks ago I was very short on cash (Hence the 256 MB of Ram)

Oki, its your money I'm not going to tell you how to spend it but by buying parts that you will eventually upgrade you actually loose money.
Good luck with that memory.

I would suggest getting a nice 1 gig stick (not 2x512mb) in order to leave room for a future upgrade and, like flip-mode said, save the rest of that money for a better video card.
