locking in the 8k9a2 +

I reand some wear that in this board i can lock serton parts in the computer and raise the fsb with out them (like the sound card or the video card) is it true?
p.s.
it is extremly reasnabole that i and talking bull-shi*

This board does NOT do that. It will however, unlock all the multipliers in a T-Bred. You might be thinking of the 8RDA+.
