You can get the 2400+ for 180-190 from online retailers like newegg now.

Good price on the A7V8X though.

Yea man, you did good. I just paid $183 for an OEM 2400 at googlegear, so $185 for retail & a 3 year warranty is great. I'm going to unlock mine and OC the peepee out of it, though, so the warranty wouldn't do me any good.

With this motherboard should I unlock my 2400+ because I think the multis will go way up if I do,and is it still the last L3 bridge on the 2400+ that I need to unlock or did it change with the 2400?

JP i recommend you send that mobo back and get the asus using the nforce 2 chipset. The bios doesnt require any sort of unlocking of the cpu. Plus it got a buttload of freatures and is only 40 bucks more retail from newegg.com.
