I've got my tbrid 1.2 up to 1.46 (146X10). I've got so far as booting midway into windows at 1523 @ 1.8v. Whats the highest voltage a tbird can take without damage. Temps are about 43C......
My crucial ram seems to only handle 146 @ cas2.....

You can do 1.85v (some do more with the board voltage mod). Is 43C your idle or load temp?

...Load, idle runs about 6C above board temps
idle and on internet etc, the cpu runs about 30-31C

Question # 1. What HSF are you using?
# 2. Is it lapped and using a good thermal grease?
This always helps getting more out of your CPU.
My experience w/ 1.2gig is that I could get 1.5 and it would boot fine, but any higher and the dreaded windows error came up.
Maybe w/ a peltier or water you could go higher.

There are people that are putting a bit over 2 volts to those CPU's but it takes some extreme cooling to do that and also a power mod to the MoBo. AMD says the range is 1.65 to 1.85 volts.
