TL;DR Requirements for a new cooler.

Ryzen 5 7600 (65W)
mATX
Quiet.

Edit. This case will take a 240 AIO.

(Why doesn't everybody put the TL;DR at the top. Make me read the whole thing just to have a TL;DR at the bottom. This is why I'm better than you. The only reason to be sure though. You got me on everything else.)

Wife needs a new computer. She's rockin' an AMD Phenom II 1100T and an Nvidia 1050. I have everything picked out except for the cooling. Here's my thoughts and requirements.
Here's the part I'm needing help with.

Ryzen 5 7600. This part is only 65 Watts. Not to be confused with the 7600X which is 105 Watts. I could get away with air cooling but only if it is silent.

So that's the main criteria. Above all else, it must be silent.

Needs to be small too. I'm going mATX.
ASUS Prime B650M-A-AX II

Case looks like I'll get the Silverstone SUGO 14

16 GB of AMD compatible RAM DDR 5.

NVME

I'm still going back and forth over the power supply. I'd rather not spend the money on a SFF PSU and the case I selected allows for ATX PSUs. This case also allows for one of her DVD RWs. We both still use disks on occasion.

That's all I can think of that may be of importance.

While this is NOT a Christmas gift, it's still a surprise. So act like you don't know nothin' if she asks.

I used to have Deepcool AN600 on my Ryzen 7600 in Fractal Terra and it was fine. However, Deepcool is banned in the US, and the case is pretty expensive. Thermalright AXP120-X67 looks like an option if you change your mind and wish get a sandwich type case (probably not).

If you wish AIO cooler then Arctic Freezer III 240. It is supposed to be for around $70.

The listed motherboard is mATX, and the case is ITX. It won't fit. In general, mATX mobos are not much smaller than ATX, so it's better to get ATX and compact ATX tower.
If you still want mATX, Jonsbo has some nice looking mATX cases:
TK-1 - Amazon link
D31 - Amazon link
Z20 ... pink - Amazon link

If it's a present/surprise, then you may spend some more on the case only for the looks.

If you use DVDRW occasionally, but more like once per month, then just get a USB one for $20, and it won't limit your case choice.

Hey. Good catch. I was just about to make a bad purchase. I'm looking at the cases you linked and they are nice. I may go that route but I'm going to look at ITX MB first. Geez. There used to be just one MB type and desktop, tower or mid-tower was the only thing to think about.
