Great job, now post a screen shot with Prime95 and HWMonitor and see what your temps will be and see how much room you have to OC.

under stress it wont go over 37.

Make sure you let Prime 95 run for about 20 minutes to get an idea what the max temps will be. From the pic you attached it's hard to tell if it was running long enough to get some of the more challenging iterations.

I did have it running for about 25 min after and it hit 38. When you say more challenging , is it more settings I should try or something?

If you are looking to check your CPU cooling run the P95 test called Small FFT. It only tests the CPU & will really throw some heat at it.

That should be good. It's not long enough to confirm stability of an overclock but it gives you a good idea of what your max temps will be during longer tests.
