Looking for new motherboard

Computer won't start psu work but only turn over so I am looking for a new motherboard or cpu to replace
Not sure which one is blown
50.00 - 75 budget. Still can use 1 or the other.
If you know of better upgrade parts mention using for gaming and internet 100.00 budget here

What Power Supply would you recommend 20- 50 budget. Holidays is here trying to find something decent for this system

You'd want to get at least a 500W PSU. With a max budget of $50 you'll most likely be limited to something with a bronze rating.
