The 8045 has two sets of nylon washers with it, normal flat ones for motherboards with small mounting holes and shoulder ones for ones with large mounting holes.
I can't find the shoulder washers, and my Gigabyte board has the larger size holes. I managed to get the flat washers to work but I'm not sure how reliable this setup will be.
