looking to upgrade vcard but?

i run a amd 720be,and i want to get either a 5870 or dual 5770's.would it be smart to go ahead and get a quad core .i was wondering about bottlenecking(no clue).

i can get it up to 3.6.....and unlocked 3.2.i just feel like i could get more out of a quad 965 with alot less effort.and unlocked the temp monitoring is a pain in the butt.maybe im just growing tired of my x3.

with my 4890 i get some weird sliding around in games to(bottleneck maybe)?and temps are great.the 5870 seems like it would be better partenered with a quad.

Get 5870. It uses less power than pair of 5770, and you can add second 5870 in the future. It's hard to upgrade pair of 5770.
