I won't re-hash my posts from the "Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 and i5 3570k" thread you posted in earlier, but I'm curious as to the method you used to flash, and also how you flashed to an earlier revision? One thread that I've linked to in the past has helped others w/ the P8-series boards and corrupted UEFIs...

Tools to flash and recover BIOS on ASUS P8xxx boards (FD44Editor, FTK)

the bios came with 0606. for the other versions i downloaded off of asus website. onto a thumb drive and used the flash feature in the bios. i also want to describe what happens after its flashed

when it says "flash successful or w/e click enter to restart computer" i click enter and the computer instantly turns off. then starts back up again. but with no display and my keyboard lights off etc. then cuts off again. then repeats this 2-3 times then it posts the asus logo and continues on its normal buisness. i wonder if thats normal

- i will read your link in the mean time
