HI

i have seen lookin around that some people are havin issues with a low 3dmark advantage score ( http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=84013 )

and it appears to be a result of NVIDIA PhysX, problem im havin if i run 3dmark advantage cpu test 2 i get a score of = 0 yes thats zero.

can you tell me is this a result of NVIDIA PhysX???

my system is as follows

17 920
3x2gig corsiar ddr3 ram
gigabyte ga-ex58-ud5
ati 5870

if the problem above is a result of this issue does anyone know how to fix it as i cant install NVIDIA PhysX as im running an ati card

The score should not be 0. It will be low without the PPU, but it shouldn't be zero. Do not use futuremark ORB as a comparision. Search out your hardware on Hwbot.org, and look for runs with close to your clocks. For competitive benchmarking, you're required to run with PhysX off.
There is nothing that you need to "fix", you just can't utilize PhysX, as it is proprietary to nVidia.

Do you mean the overall score is zero...or the CPU score?

If you're only running a single test, zero score is normal...you have co complete all CPU tests to get a CPU score, and you have to complete both game tests and both CPU tests to get an overall score. :beer:

hi

single score is zero on cpu test 2. overall score is 17000ish.
