I dont understand what you're gaining with this move. A slight bump in speed you'll only notice in benchmarks?

I mean, do you, but... unless I'm missing something, you're limiting options by insisting on using a fan on top of the ram (which brings you zero gains) and would be spending a load of cash for negligible (if any) gains.

You may have some struggles running that speed with 4 sticks as it's more stress on the IMC.

The additional capacity on each stick is also limiting. Woomack knows better then me if the IMC can handle all of that at ddr4-4000.
