Yes, they run as fast as they can (corsair vengeance ram don't oc much above stock speed if at all)

3200mhz 16-19-19-36 was not stable so stock speed as shown in #19

I can find some ram i wanna own but 200 euros is way beyond what i would like to pay, 150 euros is more what i would like to pay

I dont understand what you're gaining with this move. A slight bump in speed you'll only notice in benchmarks?

I mean, do you, but... unless I'm missing something, you're limiting options by insisting on using a fan on top of the ram (which brings you zero gains) and would be spending a load of cash for negligible (if any) gains.

just a little under 160 euros for 2 kits of G.Skill Ripjaws V Black DDR4 4000MHz 2x16GB (F4-4000C18D-32GVK)

I found these I have them I think they are low enough.

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3600

They would have to be cl18 to have the right price = just about the same speed as 3200mhz cl 16 ram

The additional capacity on each stick is also limiting. Woomack knows better then me if the IMC can handle all of that at ddr4-4000.

I won't run 4000mhz i will run my ram if not 3200mhz at 3600mhz or 3733mhz depending on what it is and cl 16

So, you'll buy ddr4-4000 and run it less... gotcha. Why not buy the presumably cheaper speed you're going to run it at anyway?

So many things dont make sense...
