I get this messege now randomly. It's not my RAM or settings, they are fine. Is there a way to adjust the virtual memory, or fix this problem?

How much physical ram do you have? Have you messed with your pagefile settings? The default pagefile size is around 700MB.

Yes there is, it's in the My Computer Properties.

Adjust it to the minimum and maximum are the same.

Heres what I recommend as a size for a page file:

128mb: 256mb
256 & 384: 512mb
512: 256 or none.
1gig+ : None

Defrag before setting them, make sure their saved on your fastest drive.
