lowering voltage, raising cpu speed

There should be an option on the main page that says "load performance defaults" or something similar. Arrow over to that, hit enter and answer "yes" if it asks you if you want to continue.

Motherboard manual is a good place to look for this stuff too.

alright i got it up and running, thanks for all the help guys....ill worry about the overclocking later after ive read into it

btw, i solved it by going into the bios and just raising the voltage on the cpu to 1.0

After you reset the defaults...the vcore should have been set to "auto"...you had to change that???

I think you should set everything and leave it on defaults and maybe have a friend over clock it for you or do ALOT of research.
