After the last couple of months with a very steep learning curve, I'm finally
beginning to OC my rig properly. With lots of help from all of you, a new bios
and a little more knowledge, I've achieved a very modest but stable OC of
[email protected], 32*idle - 48*load, currently 5 hrs. rock stable on
Orthos and at least same on Memtest86+ with bootable cd. The new 0609
bios seems to be much more stable than other earlier versions. I know I can
go higher yet and am getting new performance ddr2 6400 or higher very soon.
I ABSOLUTELY couldn't have done this without your help. My questions were
from a total noob. (still am, just a tiny bit smarter now).
So a HUGE thank you for your patience and knowhow. I've never had this
board, chip and ram working as well as they are now....woohoo!!!!:)
Edit; now past 6 hrs. Orthos ( I can still surf @ same time, got more headroom yet)!
