Still haven't tried out Chrome. Is there any reason to give up my Firefox+AdBlockPlus+NoScript+GreaseMonkey+XMarks+Firebug+WOT environment for Chrome?

*Edit* While I was typing this Firefox crashed! Maybe I should give Chrome a try!

Chrome has just released the extensions gallery which gives it much more functionality. I've used Chrome with adblock in Windows and Linux and it runs fine in both. Not switching to it as my main browser, still like Firefox.

I'm testing out Chrome again currently, and it's working really well. I haven't tried any extensions yet, though, so until I do I can't be sure if I'll make the switch or not. But it definitely feels a lot lighter and quicker than Firefox 3.5 has been.
