Magic tunner - AZ11

anyone know what this does?? the manual just says that it add voltage to the cpu..... i think it was at anandtech that they said it really doesn't do anything....
does anyone know???

T-Bird800 (wanna o/c to atleast 900 though)

ya its supposed to unlock the voltage adjustment ,,but I havent had one of my own to try it
