Making a rheobus or whatever its called...

How do I make one? I am installing one 120mm fan and two 80mm fans into the case... I want to make these adjustable... One is a YS-Tech 120mm 125-135cfm fan (loud, thats why I want it adjustable!) and two papst 80mm fans...

I want the controls in a spare 5.25inch bay, to include a switch on/off, and a variable speed control... can someone help?

Check to see if Hoot has any rheostats left, and if not, Radio Shack has 25ohm 3W rheos really cheap.
