Alright i know this is straight forward and even maybe awkward but, douse any one know what u need to make blank cd's. I know there is machines that douse it but I don’t exactly know what the process or the machine is called to Google it. If any one could help me find a link to such a manufacturer’s site i would greatly appreciate it.

Make? As in manufacture? Basically they are a piece of Polycarbonate with a thin metal layer on the back that the laser burns dark spots into to make a 1 or 0. Then a label is placed over the top of the metal backing. I know it is more complicatied than that, but that is the basic composition of a blank CD.

I think this is in the wrong section.

o my bad i thought this was general chat anyways i need the name or the site to a manufacturer that makes the presses for making Blank CD-Roms because i found a site that sells those presses and are priced around 7.5 million dollars but i cant find the site again and surfing at 16-25 KBs isn't gonna help me find it :( Any ways any help will be appericiated it

Singulus, Sumitomo, Arburg, Netstal Are the first that come to mind as I've had experience with each one. Not necessarily all of them were for CD's but I've used each in an injection molding environment and have DVD replication experience on the Singulus and Sumitomos and CD experience on the Netstal :)
