Depends.. what kinda chip are we tlking about... if it is an older B0 core, then probably, yeah... but if it is the C-1 core.. then no.. all of em are good....

I think that the fab plant doesn't matter much anymore these days... at least that's what I've recently picked up.

Yeah... if its C-1.. get the cheapest..... basicly.. none of them actually come from them.. they are made in my home state... New Mexico.. in Intel's largest fab in the world.....

All C1 stepping P4 chips I've seen around the 'Net have been reported as Costa Rican, though they are OCing exceptionally well. I've got a Malay C1 stepping Celeron 2.0 that did 3.0GHz easy, just 1.55v and stock HSF.
