How do you do 44x when range is only up to 42x?

Plan on it? Wouldn't I already have cooling in place to do this ??? CPU is using a 3x120mm rad.

CPU multiplier is unlocked. Its max turbo is 4.2 GHz IIRC and that is what CPUz shows.
