Sweet... I've got something worthwhile for this!

Here is a neutered run (16c/16t, GPU at stock)

Just a reminder - IIRC DX12 starts with the Nvidia 6xx series and AMD HD-7xxx series, not to mention Windows 10 :)

Wait, why?! What happened?

"Dx12 starts with geforce 6xx"
Gtx460 won't work here?

The marathon runs from September till April. The weather warms up, people are busy so we take a break. I quite often do some type of competition over the summer so we'll see.

Although I have had some spare time I have just been to tiered to really want to do anything. Ran out a couple runs today this is my best for today, surprisingly it was my first run.

I always look forward to these. Even though I dont have the hardware to make the top grouping. Always a nice learning experience.
I would like to thank our leaders for all the hard work that they put into this to offer us learning and fun

I look forward to it every month also!! I think the competition could be organized in a way that makes it a little more even for everyone involved. The benchmate software does a good job of reporting frequency, so a core limit + frequency limit would go a long way to making things a bit more fair. It does take away the fun a little bit...running Cinebench R20 with 4 cores and 4.5g on a 9900k for instance. Just an idea to toss around

We do that at times, I took this over when BMW Baxter stopped and have just continued what they started. I have always been a fan of the all-out scores, we could limit cooling possibly but once we get to the GFX end of the comp it always comes down to who has the top dog card this year.

Thank you Johan45, this is always a lot of fun! Those that are not working or working from home at this time would definitely benefit from additional competitions if you're willing to put them on.
